Top-Space (Guangzhou) Art Exhibition Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by Beijing Top-Space International Trading Co., Ltd. and was registered in September 2020 within the Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Zone.
Top-Space (Guangzhou) Art Exhibition Co., Ltd. is supporting the expansion of the "Top-Space Art Services" brand throughout the Greater Bay Area, bringing the service philosophy, customer-centric approach, and professional expertise of its Beijing-based company to serve clients in the region—and inspiring the spirit of craftsmanship across the Bay Area.
Top-Space (Guangzhou) Art Exhibition Co., Ltd. offers a comprehensive range of services, including: international and domestic transportation of artworks (including rare treasures), as well as cross-border transport between Mainland China and Hong Kong; customs clearance for artworks entering and leaving the country, including streamlined procedures within bonded zones; on-site support at art fairs held both domestically and internationally; warehousing and packaging services for artworks; bonded storage solutions for art pieces; and integrated services such as art insurance brokerage and trade agency—all delivered by experts in the art industry.
Currently, we have a warehousing area of over 4,000 square meters in Guangzhou, divided into bonded and non-bonded storage zones. Both areas are equipped with temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouses as well as standard-temperature storage facilities—located respectively within the Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Zone and in Shawan Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou.
The Nansha Cultural Free Trade Bonded Zone is currently implementing the "Cultural Nansha" strategy, vigorously promoting the cultural industry.
Cultural Bonded Zones It is the commanding height of the cultural industry, leveraging the bonded policies from the special customs supervision zones within the free trade area to foster the cultural sector, thereby transforming the region into a hub for high-end cultural industries. Building on this foundation, the area can further develop high-value-added sectors such as modern services and cultural finance.
Guided by the "Plan," we will build new advantages for Nansha's cultural and tourism development while leveraging the unique strengths of the bonded port area. By capitalizing on the international cultural and art goods bonded policies, we will accelerate Nansha's transformation into a world-class international cultural bonded industry hub, integrating the entire value chain—from warehousing and exhibition to trading, auctions, appraisal, and restoration—and ultimately attract the establishment of a cultural trade and copyright trading center in the Greater Bay Area, fostering closer collaboration among Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao.
As proposed by the nation Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Against the backdrop of strategic development, Nansha will leverage its resource advantages in the cultural and artistic fields across Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. By capitalizing on Nansha's emergence as Guangzhou's urban sub-center and its role as a high-level gateway for opening up to the world, Nansha will deepen its engagement in cultural industry projects. This includes pioneering the establishment of an art import-export bonded warehouse in South China, developing a two-way international platform for art trade, and striving to build a comprehensive cultural and artistic industry chain. These efforts aim to drive significant breakthroughs in Nansha's cultural sector, positioning it as a thriving hub for arts and culture.
Currently, Top-Space Guangzhou Company operates a bonded warehousing area spanning over 2,000㎡ with constant temperature and humidity control, as well as a non-bonded warehousing area of the same size. These facilities are located within the Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade & Cultural Bonded Zone and the Shawan Industrial Park in Guangzhou's Panyu District, respectively.
Both warehouses are equipped with fire/smoke detectors, a constant temperature and humidity control system, 24-hour CCTV monitoring and recording, as well as remote infrared anti-theft sensors for real-time surveillance—and feature a secure, web-based inventory management system.
Professionals will be responsible for recording the entry and exit of artworks using barcodes on each piece, offering long-term or short-term storage services to private collectors and art institutions. Additionally, we provide a dedicated exhibition space along with concierge-style services.
Nansha Warehouse (within the Guangzhou Nansha Cultural Free Trade Bonded Zone)
Located at the heart of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, Nansha Free Trade Zone boasts a unique geographical advantage that fosters diverse transportation options and offers multiple border-crossing port choices. Combined with the zone's distinctive tax incentives, superior logistics efficiency, robust risk management systems, and flexible trade practices, these strengths collectively create an ideal environment for advancing activities such as art trading, transportation, exhibition, and warehousing.
Top-Space Art Bonded Warehouse (Constant Temperature and Humidity)
Items in the warehouse are arranged into designated areas to ensure convenient and safe storage, retrieval, and movement.
The temperature inside the constant-temperature and humidity chamber is consistently maintained at 22±2°C, with humidity levels kept at 50±5%.
The warehouse features a premium storage area equipped with specialized camphorwood cabinets, perfect for safeguarding delicate and compact art pieces.
