The third specialized bonded warehouse for cultural and artistic products

Currently, this bonded warehouse is managed by Qianhai Administration And Shekou Customs, which is affiliated with Shenzhen Customs Guidance, Qianhai Chanfa Group's subsidiary, Qianhai Comprehensive Bonded Area Operation Company Promote, Invested by Beijing Top-Space International Trading Co., Ltd., Top-Space (Shenzhen) Cultural Development Co., Ltd. Construction and operation mark the third specialized cultural and art product bonded warehouse in Top-Space's nationwide network.

Following the successful establishment of Qianhai's first bonded warehouse for art pieces, it not only fills the gap in specialized cultural and artistic bonded warehousing facilities within the region but also assumes core functions such as bonded supervision of cultural and artistic goods, cross-border circulation services, and industry resource integration. This lays a robust foundation for enhancing the seamless exchange of Shenzhen-Hong Kong cultural and artistic resources, fostering industry convergence, and driving market collaboration—ultimately enabling businesses to "expand in scale, elevate standards, and become sustainable," while continuously advancing into deeper and more strategic areas.

The "first bonded warehouse" for cultural and art assets in Qianhai is located in Phase II of the Qianhai Comprehensive Bonded Zone, featuring clearly defined functional zones and state-of-the-art, professional-grade facilities. In terms of its layout, the warehouse is meticulously divided into six key modules: an area dedicated to appraisal, previews, and digital data collection; a zone showcasing smart warehousing solutions; exclusive VIP spaces; a section equipped with high-density shelving systems for secure storage; a versatile exhibition and circulation area; and a specialized zone for the restoration of cultural relics and artworks—catering seamlessly to the diverse needs of art storage, appraisal, and conservation.

In terms of hardware facilities, the warehouse is equipped with high-standard infrastructure, including a nationwide networked security alarm system (ADT) offering 24/7 real-time monitoring. It features Class-C, museum-grade vault doors that meet the GB 37481-2019 "General Technical Requirements for Vault Doors," complete with multi-layered, certified access control systems. Additionally, the environment control system adheres to museum-grade, full-area temperature-control standards, ensuring optimal safety and preservation for stored artworks.
