The second Shenzhen Art Week kicked off on March 23 at the HaiShang World Culture and Arts Center. During the opening ceremony, the Qianhai Cultural and Artistic Products Bonded Exhibition and Trading Center was officially unveiled.

With the support of Shenzhen Shekou Customs, as well as the collaborative efforts of China Merchants Culture, China Merchants Bonded, and Rongbaozhai Shenzhen, the inaugural bonded exhibition of cultural and artistic works in Qianhai, "Spring Breeze Tea Rituals Are Delightful," made its debut at Shenzhen Art Week. The exhibition innovatively integrates bonded cultural and artistic pieces into its lineup, featuring more than 10 Hong Kong-based artworks held under bonded status. Masterpieces by renowned Hong Kong artists such as Rao Zongyi, Jin Yaoji, and Zheng Peikai drew large crowds eager to admire these exceptional creations.

The unveiling of the Qianhai Cultural and Artistic Products Bonded Exhibition & Trading Center marks Qianhai's practical implementation of key directives outlined in documents such as the "Shenzhen Implementation Plan for Comprehensive Reform Pilots in Building a Pilot Demonstration Zone for Socialism with Chinese Characteristics (2020–2025)," the "Plan for Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Opening-up in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone," and the "Overall Development Plan for the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone." These initiatives emphasize "supporting the establishment of an auction center for cultural and artistic products—excluding cultural relics—that adheres to internationally accepted standards" and "exploring innovative approaches to showcasing and trading cultural artworks." This move also represents a concrete step toward deepening Shenzhen-Hong Kong collaboration and jointly building a global hub for cultural and artistic exchange between China and the world.

Our company is honored to collaborate with the Shenzhen Qianhai Authority, Shenzhen Investment Promotion Cultural Industry Co., Ltd., and China Merchants Bureau Bonded Logistics Co., Ltd. on the inaugural exhibition of the Qianhai Cultural Arts Goods Bonded Exhibition and Trading Center.

Top-Space is responsible for Hong Kong-based artwork extraction services, China-Hong Kong vehicle transportation services, and collaborates with Zhaoshang Bonded to seamlessly deliver bonded customs clearance services. Additionally, they coordinate art authentication and inspection at the Shekou Customs Inspection Center, as well as on-site art services, ensuring that the inaugural cultural bonded exhibition in Qianhai is successfully presented to audiences.

This "off-site bonded" exhibition and trading of cultural and artistic products not only streamlines the procedures but also eases financial pressures, benefiting industry development. By pioneering innovative models for showcasing and trading cultural artworks, it will enhance the city's influence in the art world.

Cultural bonded services have always been a key business segment for Top-Space. Currently, the bonded areas span across cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and more, enabling robust multi-regional collaboration. This approach leverages cultural bonded mechanisms to foster the growth of arts and culture.
